Be aware of these scammers, no clear warning beforehand. Got sick after dinner and had to leave my car behind and had to pay this amount. Insane and disgusting! Didn’t expect this tasteless behaviour in Dubai.

This building is walkable and accessible to the nearest metro 🚇 emirates tower. So if you are not on a hurry you can reach it by walking no need for cab bcoz its more hassle. Whats good about this bldlng is the availability of restaurants and Cafe. But of course expect that its costly coz there target is the employees of the huge companies located at DIFC.

At the moment, this is being considered the top property in Dubai. Very expensive and strictly managed. Theyre trying, but improvements are always needed, especially on the ground floor and in maintenance.

Beautiful place to work and meet people i would say the only downside is the parking it’s expensive and hard to find

Favorite building in DIFC, super patio and the offices also look very good

Get the traffic situation in front of the building in order. The pickup and dropoff isn’t functioning and constantly leads to a grid lock of the service road in front of the building. The U-Turn for the service road takes ages. This should be improved with RTA and DIFC.

Futuristic looking building with everything in it. Parking, Waitrose, restaurants, office space, gyms and more. Always come for Lunch in the lobby, great public spaces, can be crowded during lunch hours.

The building is beautiful, well located, nice facilities. However the parking is a nightmare! Unorganized to the point that I spent 1h 30 min to leave the parking. I would not recommend to park inside the building at all!

It is a commercial and business center with beautiful office space. You will have a very pleasant and peaceful ambiance. The parking space is good inside outside and ofcourse the circulation hours will be little busy. Good outside view from the building and you can see all the high raise buildings around. The Emirates check-in desk is a plus point in this building.

High profile building for offices. Way too much security, permits and approvals needed to get any work done. But overall nice place, breathtaking views from offices on the higher floors, friendly building staff. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, in the whole area overall, not just in this building.

I loved the building but it’s a nightmare going and coming there, traffic is horrible horrible. I will prefer online meeting than going there. It’s so packed that you literally loose yourself with so much vehicles around. It took almost two hours to just get in and out of that areas. Honestly avoid going there in case it’s not needed.

Its a nice modern building. 2 drop off areas. Some RTA parking outside and basement level parking for guests/ tenants. Getting in and out of the place is a problem, especially at rush hour, it can take 30 mins or more to exit the car park due to traffic on the service road. It has been badly designed.

I cannot possibly fathom how this is being called a premium tower with the worst traffic management I have seen in my life. Tower traffic is a completely misconception.

Nice place to visit for a quick bite if you are staying at Ritz but most of shops are shutting down. Also there was a corridor to the Ritz now its closed.

DIFC is a fantastic area, but ICD Brookfield unfortunately falls short of the expected standards. The security team, especially the supervisor, displays unprofessional and inappropriate behavior toward both visitors and employees. Instead of ensuring a welcoming and secure environment, they treat people awkwardly and with a noticeable lack of respect. Such conduct is unacceptable in a place that represents the prestige of DIFC, and it significantly detracts from the overall experience.

I had a highly disappointing experience with the check-in service at ICD Brookfield DIFC Emirates. Despite the online information claiming a 24-hour service, I arrived to find the facility closed. This misinformation not only wasted my time but also led to an arduous 1.5-kilometer trek through DIFC, resulting in a broken wheel on my luggage.The lack of accurate information online and the subsequent inconvenience caused by the closure left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others and prompts the necessary improvements to prevent such incidents in the future.

Absolute Gem of a Place. Breeze to get valet parking and very friendly staff. Great initiative by Emirates for customers.

Encounter coffee has a great location but sometimes not enough seating area in rush hour where people will bring their foods from Waitrose and take the seats from encounter. I feel that waitrose needs more seats and tables to satisfy the demands

There is a cafe called encounter inside.this day i didnt have change and the lady at the counter told me to not worry and gave me my order altho i paid less than i should. The ladies were so sweet and welcoming.Their spanish is so delicious and the strawberry danish is beyond amazing. Its a great place for work and is quiet.would recommend going before sunset.Dont forget to ask the security for direction as the parkings are below a different building.

Visited Philip Morris International offielces and it was lovely as was everything ok the building.

We were at the Emirates Check In counter for our baggage drop off. There was hardly any queue. I am not sure why more people don’t use it.
